If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
How to Request a Refund

Send a message to support@langify.app with subject "Refund Request" and your account email
Use the contact form
Visit our contact page and select "Billing & Payments" as the topic
Account settings
Go to Settings → Subscription → Request Refund (available within the 7-day window)
We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel after the 7-day refund window:
No future charges
You won't be charged for the next billing period
Keep your access
Features remain until your current period ends
No partial refunds
After the 7-day window, unused time isn't refunded

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.
