Important: Our AI provides estimated band scores based on IELTS criteria. These estimates are for practice purposes and may differ from official IELTS scores.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Be responsible for all activities under your account

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

AI scores will match official IELTS results

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Using our Service will guarantee any specific outcome

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.
